In the face of modern challenges, such as climate change and globalization, innovative and constructive approaches for resolving disputes are in high demand. With the active participation of all stakeholders, including the justice system, government institutions, business community representatives, and the increasingly consolidated mediation community, mediation can become one of the first significant dispute resolution processes in the country and bring positive change to the Kyrgyz Republic of the future.
