Georges Feghali is a lawyer, mediator, arbitrator and ADR professional practicing at the Georges Feghali Conflict Management & Resolution Office in Beirut, Lebanon. He further serves as a Regional Mediator at the UN and the World Bank for the Middle East and North Africa region and France, with an ability to work in Arabic, English and French. He provides Ombuds services for the UNRWA in the Levant.

Georges Feghali is a lawyer, mediator, arbitrator and ADR professional practicing at the Georges Feghali Conflict Management & Resolution Office in Beirut, Lebanon. He further serves as a Regional Mediator at the UN and the World Bank for the Middle East and North Africa region and France, with an ability to work in Arabic, English and French. He provides Ombuds services for the UNRWA in the Levant.
He was President of the Mediation and Conflict Prevention Commission at the International Association of Lawyers, Union International des Avocats UIA from 2015 until 2020, and he has been the Honorary President of the Commission since 2020. He teaches Mediation Law and Mediation Training at ITC-ILO in Turin Italy, at CPM Saint Joseph University in Lebanon, the Beirut Bar Association Institute, and many other universities, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a JAMS Weinstein International Fellow.
Mr. Feghali drafted a mediation bill for the Lebanese parliament. He promotes mediation and ADR in Lebanon and other Arab countries. He was nominated by the Lebanese Ministry of Justice to draft the implementation decree of the new Judicial Mediation Law. On June 24, 2020, he was awarded the World Bank Group Office of Mediation Services for Excellence in Agility.

Mediation Practice
Mr. Feghali is a Regional Mediator at the UN and the World Bank for the Middle East and North Africa region and France. He frequently mediates civil disputes related to workplace conflict, and commercial disputes related to insurance, construction, corporate and banking law. He also practices mediation with respect to family law.
