She is currently working in the energy sector, leading the legal and compliance component for an electricity supply and trading company.
She participated in the review of the legal and regulatory framework of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health, particularly regarding the functional review process of the justice sector, and the initiative for the restructuring of the State Advocacy Office, responsible for defending the government in international litigation and arbitration.
Ms. Gojani held the position of Secretary General at the first established institutional arbitration center in the country, the Kosovo Permanent Tribunal of Arbitration. She subsequently assumed the same role for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center within the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo. While serving in these roles, Ms. Gojani was part of the effort to establish the procedural and regulatory basis for the functioning of institutional arbitration and mediation practice in Kosovo, paving the way for their consequent development.
Ms. Gojani recently completed work on the development of a national communication roadmap for foreign investors and State institutions as part of an international project implement in Kosovo. This roadmap is intended for use by the Kosovo government as a tool towards reducing exposure to international investment arbitration.
